Ministerial Delegation Meetings

Delegation meetings with Cabinet Ministers are a key feature of the ROMA Conference experience. These meetings are a unique opportunity for your council to engage with Ministers, Parliamentary Assistants and senior Ontario Government officials on local matters that impact your municipality.

The Municipal Delegation Request Form for the 2027 Rural Ontario Municipal Association Annual Conference is now available. You can select either French or English using the globe icon in the top right corner of the form. The deadline for submitting requests is Friday, November 20, at 5:00 PM EST.
