Conference Hotels
ROMA has negotiated special conference rates at the hotels below. Note the following policies prior to booking your room:
- Make sure you provide a credit card when you book your room. If a room reservation does not have a credit card associated with it, the room will be released by the room rate deadline. In this case you will not be guaranteed a hotel room.
- All of the conference contracted hotels have deadlines after which the preferred hotel rates are no longer offered. Familiarize yourself with these deadlines for cost savings.
- A one night deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled before the booking deadline, this one night deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. For any cancellations after the booking deadline, all booked nights will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Making multiple reservations: if you are reserving multiple rooms under one name, a deposit for each room must be made via credit card. You will need to provide the names of individuals for each room to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival.
- Name changes may be made to room reservations prior to arrival at no charge.
- If you receive a message that the “rooms are sold out” when booking, this most likely refers to the rooms available at the preferred conference rate. There may still be rooms available at the hotel, just at a higher cost.
Plan your accommodation needs: Programming starts the morning of Sunday, January 24, 2027 and will end at noon on Tuesday, January 26, 2027. Saturday arrival is strongly recommended.
