- Registration opens on September 16th, 2026
- Early registration will be available until October 30th, 2026 at 11:45pm
- Regular registration will close on January 11th, 2027 at 12:00pm
- Onsite registration will begin on Sunday, January 24th, 2027 at 8:00am

Cancellation Policy:
- Note all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to events@roma.on.ca.
- Cancellations received prior to 4:00pm ET, November 27, 2026 will be eligible for a refund less $95 + HST (member) or $120 + HST (non-member) administration fee.
- Cancellations made after 4:00pm ET, November 27, 2026 are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable. An alternate name may be substituted at any time.
