ROMA Conference Hotel Information

Please Note: the Sheraton Hotel is experiencing a problem with its registration link. The hotel is not sold out. This will be rectified shortly - posted October 1 3:30pm

Below you will find a list of conference hotels. Here are a few pieces of information you need to know before booking your room:

  • Make sure you provide a credit card when you book your room, if a room reservation does not have a credit card associated with it,  the room will be released by the room rate deadline. In this case you will not be guaranteed a hotel room.
  • All of the conference contracted hotels have deadlines by which the preferred hotel rates are no longer offered. Familiarize yourself with these deadlines for cost savings.
  • If you receive a message that the “rooms are sold out” when booking, this most likely refers to the rooms available at the preferred conference rate. There may still be rooms available at the hotel, just at a higher cost.

Plan your accommodation needs: Zone meetings and some delegation meetings will take place the morning of Sunday, January 19. Programming will end at noon on Tuesday, January 21.

 

Conference Hotel - Sheraton Centre Hotel

Hotel information:

The deadline to book under the conference preferred rate is December 17, 2024.

Accommodations can be made two ways:

  1. Online: Book your group rate for ROMA Annual Conference 2025   
  2. Call toll free line at 1.888.627.7175 and quote the ROMA Annual Conference 2025, to reserve rooms at the special rate. Don’t forget to have your credit card ready.

Important Information About Your Hotel Booking:

  • A one night deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled up until 17th December 2024 , this one night deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. For any cancellations after 17th December 2024, all booked nights will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Making multiple reservations: if you are reserving multiple rooms under the same/one name, a deposit for each room must be made via credit card. You will need to provide the names of individuals for each room to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Name changes may be made to room reservations prior to arrival at no charge.

  2. Call toll free line at 1.800.HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) and quote ROMA25, to reserve rooms at the special rate. Don’t forget to have your credit card ready.

 Important Information About Your Hotel Booking:

  • All reservations will be charged a 1-night non-refundable deposit on each reservation, via credit card
  • If a guest should cancel, the 1-night deposit will apply as a cancellation charge if cancelled prior to thirty days of group's arrival date (December 18, 2024)  
  • If the booking is cancelled within thirty days of the group arrival (December 18, 2024)  the entire nights reserved as booking will be charged as cancellation.

Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre- 600m and 9 min walk to Sheraton Centre -  

The deadline to book under the conference group rate is December 19, 2024.

  2. Call toll free line at 1.800.905.0667 and quote the ROMA 2025 Overflow MYP2of3 or ROM, to reserve rooms at the special rate. Don’t forget to have your credit card ready.

Important Information About Your Hotel Booking:

  • All reservations will be charged a non-refundable advanced deposit for 1 night after the reservation is made. 
  • If the reservation is cancelled before the cut-off date on December 19, 2024, the 1-night deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge. 
  • If the reservation is cancelled on, or after the cutoff date on day December 19, 2024, all nights of the total stay will be charged for full cancellation.

In the past few years a number of delegates, exhibitors and sponsors have been approached by companies saying they have access to rooms at ROMA's blocked hotels. For peace of mind and the guarantee of receiving a hotel room at ROMA rates and with a hotel approved cancellation policy we encourage all Conference participants to book your guest rooms using the links provided on the Guest Room Booking Policy page.

Should you choose to use alternate sites such as Expedia, Hotels.com or National Travel Associates we cannot guarantee your reservation or assist with troubleshooting your booking.
